Yeah, that was me. I will be writing out the full story to give you the truth about the whole deal. I just got out of prison 3 Nov 2011.

Click here to see my dumb Youtube video I made that put me in prison for 18 months.

I am thinking about suing Facebook because of them testifying in Federal Court against me causing me to loss my case, my job with the United States Army, and Veterans Benefits. Because of discriminating evidence that Facebook was suppose to kept privet between me and my own friends in our messages, led to my conviction. Here is what Facebook says under their policies:

Disclosing Information

“Federal law (Stored Communications Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2701 et seq.) prohibits Facebook from disclosing the contents of an account (such as messages, Wall posts, photos, etc.) except in response to a civil subpoena or court order. There are ways that we can provide a limited amount of information to help law enforcement officials do their jobs. For more information, please see the Law Enforcement and Legal Matters section of our Help Center.”

They did limit the amount of information to the Jury, but only what the prosecutors needed. If they would have been more professional and showed my deleted content and other messages that showed I was not being serious then I would have won my case. The fact is Facebook damaged me by disclosing my content to a Federal Jury, when it was not criminal but made me look criminal. Even worse, the Facebook employee sent to tesifiy did not understand the programming code from thier evidence to help me prove my case.

I’m sorry, but I love Facebook and it is a great place for us to all come together. But Facebook has been made before and can be very easily made again like AOL, MYSPACE, YAHOO, FRIENDSTER and many more. We can be friends again on another Social Network. I am saying Facebook is going to be another Myspace if they keep destroying members life’s in Federal Court as they did mine. I am willing to let this story go away if Facebook is willing to apologize to me on my wall and in a non-discloser. I want to delete my profile so bad that the only reason I don’t is because of my friends.

The simple way to put an end to something great is the example of myspace. The word of month can simply bring something down as it brought it up. But remember we have advertising today all over the world. My full story of what Facebook did to me in Federal Court is well documented and would make Facebook another Myspace. But remember, lets give Facebook a chance to respond to my wall post before we judge them.

Just in-case Facebook gets mad at me and deletes my profile, I will copy this story onto my website’s Filmknoxville.com and DaleJeffries.com, and that way you will see for yourself on how they will choose to handle this first Press Release? You can read all about my case by typing my name into Google: Franklin D. Jeffries II or type in Army SGT Dale Jeffries.

UNITED STATES v. FRANKLIN DELANO JEFFRIES, II

The problem I have is Facebook says their website connects us with family and friends. None of my friends used my content against me or took me wrong. It was my ex-family that are not friends and family, so why did facebook allow them to connect with me in the first place? My wall and privet messages are for my friends and family, not enemies! And to take my messages to court and use them wrongly against me, and not able to fully explain the messages and their programming that led to my conviction is just wrong!

We have even found Law Schools with case studies on my legal issues for the First Amendment. This case is being closely monitored by legal experts all over the world.

I will keep you posted on my Appeal
(UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE SIXTH CIRCUIT)

This is the first time I have reached out to tell my side of the story. Below is the story that I will be taking to knoxnews.com, WBIR.COM, WATE.COM, volunteertv.com, and all the news outlets that ran my story. Plus CNN & FOX.

You all can say what you want or believe who you want, but until you look at my whole story, don’t be haters. My name is Dale Jeffries and I hold Facebook responsible for my Federal Conviction in Knox County Tennessee. This video should have never shed light onto the big bright stage that it’s on now. My Youtube Video was only a Hoax to my own family and friends. I deleted this video the next day. It was not a true threat or never intended for any Judge. It was to piss my Mother off, because she kept pushing me to keep fighting for my daughter for Child Visitation, when in fact I was telling her I was done with the battle. I had my visitation rights already before this dumb video was ever made. So I did not intend for my Youtube video to be a threat. It’s like I burned a cross in my own backyard without telling the world why I did it, because I was never given the chance to tell my story. And this is why I am telling you now. My ex-wife was the one who’s family snooped onto my Facebook and used this video as how they wanted to perceive it to win this Child Visitation Battle. I did not even send my ex-family, ex-wife or enemies a link to this video. If it was not for Facebook and my ex-wife, then you would have never seen this video yourself. My Facebook is for my friends and family, not my enemies. So if your not my friend or current family member, then stay the hell off my Facebook and Youtube account! Unless you want to get to know me and be my friend.

Too read more into my story from Court Transcripts, then visit The Eastern District of Tennessee Federal Court House. If you still are confused about my reason, then read my appeal at the UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE SIXTH CIRCUIT at http://www.dalejeffries.com/jeffries.pdf

“In many years gone by; there is only but one chance to do something great in these 120 years or less that we have to live, so make the best of them.” By DaleJeffries.com

Take a look at this article and tell me where freedom of speech is bending the limits. Do you know anyone who could write a Bill in Tennessee to prevent protests at Funerals? I am a Soldier, and now I would rather have a privet funnel not affiliated with the Military after seeing this article. I really feel Homicidal right now and wont to burn down their Church, and I am a Christian too.

Please give me your thoughts on this Article below. I am so depressed and disappointed that we can not let this go on in our Country. Can we please stop these disrespectful protest at Military Funerals before I die?

http://news.yahoo.com/s/csm/20100331/ts_csm/291560

PS: I also have been working with the IG at Fort Campbell to resolve my other issues and they are Finally Medically Retiring me. However, I still am having major problems with getting the right medical attention I need, and other Soldiers here at Fort Campbell are having the same kinds of problems. We definably need Health Care Reform in the Military for Family and Soldiers. It’s really bad Sir. You would be so disappointed if you just knew half of what I have been through or seen in our Military health care. Anyways, I am feeling better but scared for what the future has for me. It’s not like every business would want time hire someone who was diagnosed with PTSD, and I think that is why the article above needs to be taken very seriously. I have to be honest. If I had witnessed my friends get disrespected at their Funerals: then I have not doubt that I would be imprisoned for Murder. This is because I seen my friends die in front of me by the enemy, and anyone who protest at Funerals is a terrorist to me, so I do believe that letting these kinds of hate crimes of protesting go on will start a revolution of new gangs to kill people who hate. Mine would just be from re-living experiences with PTSD, and thats why it’s not ethical. You just can’t yell bomb and get away with it, so why in the hell are we letting protesters. Freedom of Speech is not designed to hate your country or Fallen Soldiers. You can not hold a sign that says Niger, because you will get your ass beat. You hold a sign that says, “Thank God for dead soldiers” at a Funeral, then your dead wrong. Keep up the great work Congressman Duncan. Your vote counts for me.

Albert Snyder, whose son, Lance Cpl. Matthew Snyder, was killed inIraq, learned Friday that a federal appeals court is requiring him to pay more than $16,000 in legal fees to the Westboro Baptist Church, aChristian fundamentalist group that demonstrates during military funerals to gain attention for its antigovernment, antihomosexual message. The group rallied at Matthew Snyder’s funeral in March 2006 in Westminster, Md., chanting antigay slogans and carrying signs such as “Thank God for dead soldiers,” says Albert Snyder’s attorney, Sean Summers.

The group was protesting about 30 feet from the church’s main entrance, and Mr. Snyder had to enter through a separate entrance, Mr. Summers says.

Snyder subsequently sued the Westboro group for emotional distressand won a $5 million judgment. But on appeal, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed, finding in favor of protecting the protesters’ free-speech rights. About three weeks ago, the Supreme Court agreed to take the case and is expected to hear it in the fall. (Last year, the high court had declined to take up the issue.) Meanwhile, the circuit court has ordered Snyder, a salesman, to pay the church’s court expenses.

Snyder, of York, Pa., told Fox News on Tuesday that he would not pay the Westboro Baptist Church “until I hear from the Supreme Court.”

“It’s fair to say that they are not getting any Christmas cards from Mr. Snyder,” adds Summers, in a phone interview. “He obviously thinks they are despicable and doesn’t understand why they would target him.”

The Westboro group has been protesting at military members’ funerals for years. The church leader, Fred Phelps, preaches that American deaths in Iraq and Afghanistan are punishment for the nation’s tolerance of homosexuality. (He was among those banned from Britain last year for fostering hatred or extremism.) The protests have nothing to do with the fallen service members’ sexual orientation, and the church says its protests are held within a “lawful distance” of the funerals.

Ultimately, say some, the church protests are a matter of constitutionally protected free speech.

“I really don’t see that [the protest] was a violation of the First Amendment [principles]. It was a violation of decorum and good taste and all sorts of other things, but not a violation of the First Amendment,” saysCharles Gittins, a civilian lawyer in Virginia.

But Summers argues that his client’s right to peaceful assembly and freedom of religion were infringed by the protests and that, unlike at a public park where people are free to express themselves, a funeral setting draws a “captive audience” that requires attendees to be in a particular location – they can’t simply walk away.

Westboro Baptist Church, which is based in Kansas, plans to protest in Florida on Wednesday, outside a funeral for a Marine killed in Helmand Province in southern Afghanistan on March 22.

“Military funerals have become pagan orgies of idolatrous blasphemy, where they pray to the dunghill gods of Sodom and play taps to a fallen fool,” states a press release posted on the church’s website, announcing the rally at a memorial service for Lance Cpl. Justin Wilson. At the bottom of the press release are printed the words “Thank God for IEDs,” referring to the roadside bombs that have killed thousands of troops in both wars.

Our goal is to bring about changes in the domestic laws of our state to empower divorced fathers as equal partners in parenting. Our purpose is to allow fathers to father, mothers to mother, and for children to receive the love and support of both parents. Our belief is that everyone will benefit: fathers, mothers, grandparents — but especially children.

We educate the public, policy makers, and the media on the importance of fathers. We provide research data that illuminate gender biased, anti-father public policies which interfere with the healthy development of children. We provide alternative shared parenting solutions to lawmakers and the courts to create more positive results for children and both parents.

We provide moral support to people suffering from impaired time with their children due to divorce or unwed parenthood. Although we do not dispense legal advice, we serve as a clearinghouse for citizens to access information and support that are available in our community. We provide a channel for the energies of citizens to effect compassionate changes toward our common goal of ensuring children the right to have two fully involved parents in their lives.

We build local organizations throughout the state to educate non-custodial parents, grandparents, second wives, and others who are concerned about the child-father bond. Interested citizens can take part in the vital activities of the organization as supporters and officers. Monthly meetings are held with programs covering many topics of interest, including guest speakers such as judges, legislators, psychologists, and other leaders.

We execute research to find the most equitable and beneficial solutions to domestic conflict. We locate expert studies and research the laws of other states to find better ways of handling divorce and post-divorce settlements. Progressive laws, fair judicial applications, and public education are key steps toward achieving our goal of decreasing divorce conflict by standardizing shared parenting solutions. The ultimate goal is to produce happier, healthier children.

We speak as the strongest voice of divorced fathers in Tennessee. We invite all fathers married, single or divorced – and other concerned citizens to stand up for the essential and irreplaceable role fathers play in their children’s lives. You contribute to this movement by getting involved with a local chapter, by educating yourself on the issues, and by supporting DAD. By contacting your legislators regarding these issues and registering to vote, you will involve yourself in the process to change domestic laws.

My name is: SGT Franklin Delano Jeffries II. I started SoldiersRights.com to help Soldiers, Veterans, Retired Veterans, and all Military. The goal is to find the right answer to your problems. Indeed, to inform you of your Rights, and lead you to people that can help you, not destroy you. I have been diagnosed with PTSD and among other disabilities, but I refuse to give up because I joined the Service to Honor-My-Country. I am very concerned about the health and welfare of our American Soldiers. Our goal is to get you the help you need. We are working on getting more support and volunteers that are professionals in Criminal Law, Military Law, and Doctor’s to help you with your case. We are working on getting live support 24 hours a day for Soldiers to contact for Suicide Prevention. Suicide is not the answer. Please support our cause and lay down your story with us and start living life again at SoldierRights.com. Use our Network to build a strong support and Battle Buddy System. Please do not post anything that can harm you or others, such as your Country and War Fighters. Indeed, use third person when telling your story, try not to give out names unless you have been advised by your Attorney. Congressmen John J. Duncan, Jr. of Tennessee is supportive in our cause. The United States Congress will support you and your case when all else fails you. Keep your head up high and strive forward in to the future with SoldiersRights.com

Only at this time we support the United States: The Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Reserve, National Guard, Retired, Separated on all Chapters, and Medically.
